Debra Dederich-Elsner, LPCC

Debra is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from St. Norbert College and completed her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Lakeland College in Wisconsin. Debra has experience working with individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, and depression. She also has a passion for working with children and adolescents in which she incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy and Play Therapy to help address communication and behavioral issues. Debra believes in the strengths and qualities of each of her clients, encouraging them to positively grow and develop in a safe therapeutic setting. Debra is certified in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) protocol.
Elizabeth Lopez, P-MSW

Liz Lopez completed her master’s degree in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University. She has had many years working with and within tribes and schools in the substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, and bullying prevention. Liz also has experience working in the fields of the developmentally disabled, HIV/AIDS, liturgical and religious education, and music. Liz is certified in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) protocol.
Caroline Valverde, LMHC

Caroline is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who graduated in May 2020 from Grand Canyon University. She has earned two Master’s degrees (Master of Science in Psychology from University of Phoenix (2013) and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University). Caroline works to establish a warm and welcoming environment for the clients she serves to encourage a safe space for healing and personal growth. Caroline’s clinical experience includes depression, anxiety, and trauma. She loves helping clients learn valuable skills to help them make positive adjustments in all aspects of their lives. Angelica is a Master’s level clinical intern completing her Master’s degree in Social Work from the Facundo Valdez School of Social Work at New Mexico Highlands University. Angelica’s educational history includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family & Child studies, from The University of New Mexico. She enjoys working with families and individuals of all ages and is passionate about providing a safe and welcoming environment for individuals to grow, heal, and rebuild. Angelica enjoys volunteering within her local community and is dedicated to supporting and promoting the well-being of all. In her free time, Angelica enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with family.
Clinical Support Specialist
Amaya is currently working on her Psychology degree with the hope of becoming a social worker or counselor. In addition, she is a classically trained Pianist and Vocalist who loves writing and listening to music. She loves helping others express themselves and is a firm believer that counseling works! She has Tourette Syndrome and OCD and hopes to be a voice for those who feel confined by mental illness. She hopes to one day be able to help those struggling with the same things she does.

Amber is currently working on her Master’s level clinical internship completing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. Amber loves to work with families, couples, and individuals. She previously worked with People with Autism including children and their parents. Amber is passionate about providing a warm and safe environment no matter in person or during screen time.
