Alyson White

Office Manager

Alyson White is an Office Manager at the Albuquerque office. She is passionate about Changing Mental Health and making an impact on the Albuquerque community. Alyson leads with integrity, connection, and empowerment. Alyson strives to empower a positive team culture where staff can have pride in serving their mission and the community. Alyson truly believes in lifelong learning and wants to empower others to attain their goals. She believes in advocating for clients and giving them the guidance, they deserve in difficult and overwhelming times. In her free time, Alyson enjoys being challenged with a difficult puzzle or trying new recipes.

Jennifer Bogart-Arana, LMHC

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Family Studies from the University of New Mexico.  She went on to earn her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Phoenix.  Jennifer also completed coursework in Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University.  Her focus has been on working with children and adolescents, clients who have experienced trauma, couples, and families.  Jennifer provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults as well as counseling for couples.  Jennifer is certified in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) protocol.

Baylei Pollaro, Clinical Intern

Baylei is completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University. She has Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Eastern New Mexico University. She is passionate about helping individuals grow within themselves. She believes that growth is never ending. She wants to be able to teach individuals ways to grow in and out of sessions and continue to grow for years to come.  She has a joy for spreading positivity and hopes to spread it to more lives. She wants to gain the knowledge and skills to be able to work with anyone and everyone. Baylei truly believes that no problem is too small. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and my animals.

Theresa Day, LPCC

Theresa Day has earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health counseling from Walden University with a specialization in trauma and crisis and a Master’s in Psychology from University of Phoenix.  Her Bachelor’s degree is in Family Studies from UNM.  She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Counselor (LPCC).  Theresa has experience in working with families, adolescents, and adults in outpatient treatments.  Her experiences and interests are with trauma, crisis, substance use, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.   She enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.

Amaris Moya, Clinical Intern

Amaris is a clinical intern completing her Master’s degree in social work from Facundo Valdez School of Social Work at New Mexico Highlands University. Amaris completed her bachelor’s degree in 2020, in communications with a minor in psychology. She has experience in crisis intervention and safety planning. She chose social work as her career because she is very passionate about helping others heal from their trauma. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading, and writing.

Renee Singletary, LMSW

Clinical Therapist

Renee is a Master Social Worker, who earned her Bachelor’s Degree from New Mexico Highlands University Facundo Valdez School of Social Work and recently graduated with her Master’s Degree from New Mexico Highlands University Facundo Valdez School of Social Work on May 11, 2020. Renee’s social work program concentration is NMHU’s one-of-a-kind Bilingual/Bicultural Master’s Program equipping her to provide services in both English and Spanish. Renee’s clinical experience includes working with intimate partner violence, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and crisis intervention with children and adolescents. Renee’s passion is to provide culturally competent and linguistically relevant care to the community she serves and altering the stigma that surrounds mental health. Renee is certified in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) protocol.

Renee recientemente se graduó con su Maestría de la Escuela de Trabajo Social Facundo Valdez de la Universidad de New Mexico Highlands el 11 de Mayo de 2020. Renee obtuvo su licenciatura de la Escuela de Trabajo Social Facundo Valdez de la Universidad de New Mexico Highlands también La concentración del programa de trabajo social de Renee es el único programa de maestría bilingüe / bicultural de NMHU que la equipa para ofrecer servicios en inglés y español. La experiencia clínica de Renee incluye trabajar con violencia de pareja íntima, experiencia apoyando a personas pasando por dolor/sufrimiento, trauma, depresión, ansiedad e intervención en crisis con niños y adolescentes. La pasión de Renee es ofrecer servicios que son culturalmente competente y lingüísticamente relevante a la comunidad a la que sirve y alterar el estigma que rodea la salud mental. Renee está certificada en el protocolo Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM).

Anna Aldridge, T-LMHC

Anna Aldridge is a temporary licensed clinical mental health counselor. She recently completed her master’s degree in professional counseling with an emphasis in trauma from Grand Canyon University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied behavioral science from Ashford University. Anna has experience working with children from ages 2 years old to 17 years old in a public-school setting. She is enthusiastic and passionate about helping others discover their strengths by utilizing solution focused techniques to help the client overcome various situations.  In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, diamond art and spending time with family and friends.
